2. Digital Products & Software Availability
DigiAmpCo provides digital goods, including standalone HTML applications, smart automated spreadsheets, WebGL creative suites, and hosted generative AI tools (e.g., AI Studio Pro). All digital products are subject to continuous improvements. We reserve the right to update features, documentation, or interface enhancements without prior notice.
3. Pricing, Orders & Payment Processing
- All prices are listed in USD ($) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
- We accept major international credit and debit cards processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- Unless explicitly stated as a recurring plan, purchases are one-time payments granting lifetime access to the specified version and bundled credit allocation.
- We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue promotional discounts at any time.
4. License Grant, KeyCodes & Instant Delivery
- Upon successful payment, digital tools are available for instant download, and software license KeyCodes are generated immediately.
- Your unique KeyCodes are displayed on your checkout receipt and permanently stored in your account under My Account → Orders.
- Each license KeyCode grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to activate and operate the software for personal or internal business workflows.
- You may not redistribute, resell, sub-license, reverse engineer, or publicly leak software KeyCodes or proprietary tool files.
5. Refunds & Digital Product Policy
- Because our software tools, digital spreadsheets, and KeyCodes are delivered instantly and contain cryptographically generated access credentials, sales are generally final once the digital files or keys have been accessed.
- If you experience a demonstrable technical flaw, file corruption, or license generation malfunction that our technical team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage
- All intellectual property rights in the software architecture, user interface, brand assets, and standalone source code remain the exclusive property of DigiAmpCo.
- Commercial Use of Generated Outputs: Any artwork, images, prompt recipes, or documents generated by you using our tools (such as AI Studio Pro) belong entirely to you and may be utilized for commercial, client, and personal projects without royalty claims from DigiAmpCo.
7. User Accounts & Credential Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and software license keys.
- You agree to notify us immediately at admin@digiampco.com if you discover unauthorized access to your account or order history.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized reverse distribution of our software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DigiAmpCo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our standalone digital tools, third-party browser environments, or external AI model endpoints.
